ordering
1. Ordering is done via mail, phone or email. Contact information can be found on the order form page. You may choose to order a single tile to verify color or a color sample kit to make your selection.
2. A 50% down payment is required.
3. An order’s production begins upon receipt of the down payment, allow four to six weeks for your tiles to be made.
4. Some glaze variation will occur, especially from batch to batch. Color examples will vary with computer screens.
5. Our tiles are not suitable for floors due to the embossed surface.

shipping
Shipping costs are extra. You will be contacted and notified of your shipping options. Finished orders ship upon receipt of the remaining 50% of your payment.

returns
No product may be returned without authorization. Only defective product or incorrect orders will be returned by McMullan Ceramics. No returns will be accepted due to color variation between tiles. Damages are the responsibility of the shipper. No returns after 30 days from the date of shipment to the buyer. McMullan Ceramics will not be liable for consequential damages, loss, or expense arising from use or inability to use the product.
